At Eva’s Galore Accessories, we take pride in the quality and care of our handmade jewelry. Due to the intimate nature of our items, and to maintain hygiene and quality standards, we’ve created the following return policy:
📦 Returns Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Must be in the original packaging with tags (if any)
- Must include proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For the safety and hygiene of our customers, the following items are non-returnable:
- Worn or used jewelry
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
📩 Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, email us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos so we can assess and resolve the issue quickly.
🔄 Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on worn or custom jewelry. If your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item separately once your refund is processed.
💵 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund

📬 Shipping & Delivery Timeline
Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days. Delivery may take 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet the criteria above, including but not limited to items that appear worn, altered, or returned outside of the allowed timeframe.
